This paper focuses on the heating measure using hot air in the waste pit and the unloading hall, and presents the design of the ventilation and the outdoor air system in the slag room, the air conditioning and ventilation in the battery room according to the characteristics of the project, and discusses the economy and feasibility of the lithium bromide heat pump heating system using the waste heat of cooling water. The results show that the warm air system in the waste pit uses the multi-pipe submerged air supply device which can automatically adapt to the change of waste material surface,to achieve the best hot air heating effect. The boiler fan adopts the multi-branch deodorant pumping system which can effectively prevent the diffusion of odor in the waste pit and the unloading hall, and reduce the heat waste caused by excessive air intake. In winter, adding hot air from the boiler room to the slag room can improve the visibility and ambient temperature, and does not affect the heating effect of the boiler room. The room and corridor should be designed with reasonable positive pressure values, and the outdoor air outlet and the pollution source should be kept enough distance to reduce the impact of odor. When designing the air conditioning and ventilation for the battery room,it is essential to thoroughly consider explosion-proof measures and temperature-humidity conditions. The economic analysis of lithium bromide heat pump scheme needs to consider the influence of heating quantity and cooling water temperature on the power generation efficiency of the steam turbine.
